Former Forest Service campsites dot Ontario's Crown Land. Now rarely visited, canoe and overland routes once supplied remote communities and supported trade. These wild places now allow visitors to experience the natural beauty of our landscapes and find calmness. Although finding them takes a good map and a lot of patience, the reward once you arrive is always worth the effort.
